Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which DocGuard, operated by HiveTechs Collective LLC, provides refunds for paid subscription plans. We want you to be fully satisfied with our shipping document review and compliance platform.

Free Plan

The DocGuard Starter plan is free and does not require payment. No refund is applicable for the free tier. You can use the Starter plan with up to 5 suppliers and 20 document reviews per month at no cost.

Paid Plans

For Pro and Team plans, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DocGuard within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@hivetechs.io with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free Starter plan.
