These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DocGuard, a shipping document review and compliance platform operated by HiveTechs Collective LLC. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Service

DocGuard provides tools for reviewing supplier shipping documents, tracking compliance scores, and managing supplier relationships. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The DocGuard platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by HiveTechs Collective LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. We do not claim ownership over your shipping documents or supplier data.

Limitation of Liability

DocGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
